Welcoming a new addition to your family is one of life's most exciting, most important events, filled with love and special moments that can never be replicated.

Newborn photography is like no other type of photography. One of your biggest wishes will be that you could freeze every moment. That is what makes newborn photography so important, because it grants that wish. It is very special and requires the trust in the person you will be working with. These photos will be cherished memories forever that will be passed on to future generations. I can say with 100% certainty that working with newborns is my passion. Many times people question why newborn photography is so expensive? There are a few reasons, first one is that it takes time and patience during the session. Some babies can be fussy and may need a little extra snuggling, maybe a feeding, or just a little time to relax and get familiar with their new surroundings. The other reason of course is time invested in preparing for you session, setting up props, choosing colors and coordinating wraps, hats, and tie backs. And then there is the editing, making sure your images are absolutely perfect. Kristie J Onstad Photography does offer a few different options and packages to keep it affordable for all.
